ICD-10 Certified Medical Coder

ICD-10 Certified Medical Coder, this is a full-time temporary position focused on coding hospice episodes in accordance with Medicare and ICD-10 guidelines, requiring hospice and coding experience. Key Responsibilities Completes ICD-10 coding of hospice episodes based on medical history and physician input Maintains compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Performs other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma required; college coursework in business or related field preferred ICD-10 Coding certified or pending certification Minimum of two years of office or related experience, preferably in a healthcare environment Knowledge of personnel management, record keeping, and office administration Must have and maintain in good standing any required professional license or certification
