<li>Schedule/conduct project kickoff & update calls with hospitals (both commercial & research)</li>
<li>Act as primary liaison between hospitals and RAPID to ensure RAPID product implementation projects are successful</li>
<li>Track, document, and organize site information for commercial and research implementations</li>
<li>Perform base level troubleshooting & support, including:</li>
<li>Ensuring all test scans process appropriately</li>
<li>Working with site to configure base protocols on scanners</li>
<li>Coach/prepare sites for successful go-lives</li>
<li>Coordinate training and follow-ups for customers</li>
<li>Manage customer relationship & provide amazing responsiveness/experience</li>
<li>Conduct regular reviews with customer to evaluate utilization/performance</li>
<li>Work with accounts to identify opportunities of upsell/growth/expansion</li>
<li>Communicate new product information/educational opportunities</li>
