You will support or manage complex and critical projects and work with internal teams, customers and production. In addition to working with customers and production partners, you will actively shape your work environment and collaborate with all critical interfaces. Good ideas are implemented quickly at our company and do not have to go through various steering committees or management meetings to be reviewed several times, checked again and then perhaps decided upon. Your working day is exciting and varied, the environment is international.</p> <div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Communicate with Sales Team and manufacturers across Europe and Asia in order to prepare quotations;</li> <li>Analyzing incoming 3D CAD part design for High Pressure Injection Molding, High Pressure Die Casting, other tooling technologies;</li> <li>To optimize part 3D CAD design and improve part design feasibility issues when business needs require this;</li> <li>Attend pre-sales meetings with Sales Team and external customers via video-calls, support technical questions/answers for potential projects.</li> </ul> <div><strong>A successful candidate:</strong></div> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Higher engineering education in one of the following field: High Pressure Injection Molding Mold Designer, Thermoplastic processing engineer, Plastic parts design engineer;</li> <li>Experience in an engineering role on a production floor with plastic processing OR in a development of parts suitable for molding/casting processing;</li> <li>Expert knowledge of thermoplastic processing: plastic part design rules for a feasible injection molding processing, injection molding tool design basic structure and design, thermoplastic processing most common quality issues and root causes, understanding of Mold Flow analysis and it results,</li> <li>Understanding of various plastic post-processes: pad-printing, silk-screening, spray painting, chroming, hot foil stamping, etc</li> <li>Knowledge of other tooling technologies like Vacuum Casting in silicone molds, High Pressure Die Casting, Compression Molding, Investment Casting, Sand Casting will be a benefit;</li> <li>Strong multicultural communication skills in English with ability to convince, justify and defend ideas and technical solutions in front of external / internal stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working conditions:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Remote or hybrid job (depends on location)</li> <li>Working hours according to Central European Time  </li> <li>Fixed rate depending on the career level.</li> <li>Overtime hours are possible for this position.</li> <li>Corporate Laptop, 3D CAD software.</li> <li>Free corporate language courses.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team spirit and friendly atmosphere:</strong> we work in an open, friendly and trusting environment that welcomes initiative.
