The Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving company growth by converting inbound leads into qualified, scheduled appointments for our outside sales team.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a structured environment, values performance metrics, and enjoys meaningful conversations with homeowners. You’ll work closely with leadership, use proven systems, and have a direct impact on company success.
Key Responsibilities
Engage inbound prospects to understand their project needs and goals
Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments with precision and professionalism
Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
Accurately manage and update customer information within our CRM
Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and SMS/MMS
Represent the company brand with integrity, confidence, and clarity
Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales or relevant customer-facing experience (required)
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas
Strong phone presence with high-volume calling experience
CRM proficiency (LeadPerfection or similar platforms preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
