Providing remote end-user support, the IT Support Help Desk Specialist will manage help desk services for approximately 50 users, troubleshooting issues related to desktops, Microsoft 365, and connectivity during business hours. Key responsibilities: Provide remote help desk support via an automated ticketing portal during business hours Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity issues Assist with software installation, patching, and maintaining endpoint protection Required qualifications: Help desk or desktop support experience for business users Microsoft 365 / Exchange / Outlook user support experience Strong Windows 10 desktop/laptop troubleshooting skills Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools Excellent communication and customer service skills
