Summary: OTC FLOW U.S. is a leading environmental commodity trading company seeking highly commercial and ambitious interns for a full-time, paid sales trading internship in their Los Angeles office. The role involves high-volume outbound outreach, managing the full sales cycle, and building a client portfolio in the renewable energy market. Responsibilities: - High-volume outbound outreach (phone-heavy) to source new clients - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing - Close bespoke transactions in renewable energy related markets - Build and manage your own client portfolio - Be assessed on your commercial skillset plus your ability to close transactions and create revenue Required Qualifications: - Final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals - Extremely confident communicators who enjoy phone-based sales - Commercially driven and motivated by performance-based earnings - Energetic, highly motivated and extremely competitive individuals - Comfortable with fast-paced, results-driven environments - High-volume outbound outreach (phone-heavy) to source new clients - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing - Close bespoke transactions in renewable energy related markets - Build and manage your own client portfolio - Be assessed on your commercial skillset plus your ability to close transactions and create revenue Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in B2B sales, brokerage, or cold outreach roles - internships included - Prior experience or exposure to renewable energy markets Required Skills: B2B sales experience, Cold outreach, Negotiation skills Important Skills: Renewable energy knowledge Nice-to-Have Skills: Competitive nature, Results-driven Benefits: Bonuses: Uncapped and based on individual performance, Full benefits package + paid time off in line with local labor requirements
