<div><strong>About The Role</strong><br/><br/>G2 is looking for a Lead Data Analystwhich will provide descriptive and diagnostic analysis to inform product decision-making, evaluate performance and make tactical recommendations.<br/><br/><strong>In This Role, You Will: </strong><br/><ul><li>Provide descriptive and diagnostic analysis to inform product decision-making, evaluate performance and make tactical recommendations.</li><li>Support and guide project-based work using analytic tools to produce datasets for analysis.</li><li>Use BI tools to empower end users with timely, accurate and informative data and visualizations.</li><li>Design dashboards to monitor KPIs and business drivers and ensure all metrics are consistent with business strategy.</li><li>Discuss questions and hypotheses with external and internal customers based on deep data analysis, and act as the G2 Data SME, turn them into analysis and insights.</li><li>Lead team discussions and collaborates with technical and non-technical team members to solve business problems.</li><li>Provide guidance and coaching to jr. team members, helping them understand complex datasets/models/business requirements.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve our reporting and additional data management tasks you discover in your analysis.</li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong><br/><br/>We realize applying for jobs can feel daunting at times. Even if you don't check all the boxes in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. <br/><ul><li>Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent degree acceptable) in Data Analytics or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in data analysis role.</li><li><strong>Must have four (4) years of experience in (experience may be gained concurrently)</strong>:<br/><ul><li>designing dashboards and enabling self-serve analytics through Business Intelligence tools;</li><li>relational database modeling or experience in building reporting layers within Business Intelligence tooling;</li><li>Postgres and SQL databases;</li><li>performing QA on complex SQL queries for bugs, optimization and performance;</li><li>statistical programming with R or Python for the purposes of solving business Questions;</li><li>A/B testing and product analytics.</li></ul></li><li>Remote work permitted five (5) days a week.</li></ul><br/>#LI-DNI<br/><br/>#IND-DNS<br/><br/></div>
