This position offers additional opportunities for growth into expanded learning program ownership.</span></p><p></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li><b>Learning Content & Systems Administration</b><ul><li>Track, maintain, and manage learning objects to ensure content remains current and is retired appropriately.</li><li>Coordinate with content owners to manage updates, reviews, and retirements of learning materials.</li><li>Prepare and maintain clear documentation outlining learning standards, processes, and user guidance using Microsoft Office 365 tools (e.g., LMS access instructions).</li></ul></li><li><b>Training Operations & SharePoint Support</b><ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support for RXO training teams.</li><li>Maintain and update SharePoint sites, including onboarding and manager toolkit resources.</li><li>Administer survey tools to support training feedback and evaluation efforts.</li></ul></li><li><b>Training Logistics & Coordination</b><ul><li>Drive end-to-end logistics for virtual instructor-led training (VILT), including:</li><li>Scheduling and managing meeting invitations</li><li>Sending pre- and post-session communications</li><li>Managing rosters and attendance tracking</li><li>Coordinating pre-work and follow-up materials</li></ul></li><li><b>Materials & Branding Support</b><ul><li>Assist with routine training material updates, including light branding and graphic enhancements to ensure consistency with organizational standards.</li></ul></li><li><b>Vendor & Financial Management</b><ul><li>Manage third-party training vendor credits.</li><li>Coordinate invoice processing and vendor payments in partnership with internal finance teams.</li></ul></li></ul><p>Track and maintain accurate records related to training expenditures.</p><p></p><p><b>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE </b></p><ul><li><u>Minimum Required Education:</u></li></ul><ul><li><span>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience</span></li></ul><ul><li><u>Minimum Required Experience:</u></li></ul><ul><li><span>3+ years' experience with administration, learning or training teams </span></li><li><span>Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, assigned activities, fast-paced environments</span></li><li><span>Excellent organization, planning, judgment, and time management skills; can work independently and/or with leadership direction when needed</span></li><li><span>Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills</span></li><li><span>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint</span></li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a global audience.</li><li><u>Desirable <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Education/Experience:</span></u><ul><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Intermediate proficiency with SharePoint, including site maintenance and content management.</li><li>Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.</li><li>Intermediate PowerPoint skills for updating and formatting training materials.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a global audience.</li></ul></li><li>Comfort working independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally.</li></ul><p><b>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES </b> </p><ul><li><b>Basic Computer Skills </b><ul><li><span>Strong Fluency </span>user of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Accurately inputs information into and retrieves from the computer.</li></ul></li><li>Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed.</li><li>Demonstrates ability to create meaningful reports in MS Excel.</li><li><b>Other Technical / Computer Skills  </b></li><li>Thorough knowledge of software applications applicable to position/business unit</li><li>Acts as subject matter expert and provides training, troubleshooting and other support for software applications managed by business unit.</li></ul><p><b><span>WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><b>Workspace</b></li><li>Office/cubicle workspace with moderate noise level.</li><li><b>Hours of Work/Travel</b></li><li>Hours cover afternoons/evenings</li><li><b>Physical Activity</b></li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds.</li><li>Prolonged periods of sitting.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Does this sound like you?
