Applicants can expect to join a team that values initiative, transparency, and strong community connections.</p><p><strong>Role Description</strong> The agent will prospect and follow up with leads, schedule and conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Daily responsibilities include conducting market analyses, preparing comparative market reports, drafting and reviewing contracts and addenda under broker guidance, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The agent will maintain regular communication with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties to ensure timely and compliant transactions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, staying current on local market trends and regulations, and participating in team meetings, trainings, and community or networking events to build business.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Active Real Estate License in the state of Florida and a solid understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and ethical standards.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including residential sales and/or leasing, with strong local market awareness.</li><li>Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach, including responsiveness, active listening, and clear, professional communication.</li><li>Sales skills, including prospecting, lead nurturing, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to manage a pipeline and meet production goals.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and showings simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency with basic office and real estate technology (CRM systems, MLS platforms, electronic signature tools, and standard office software).</li><li>Ability to work on-site, travel locally for showings and meetings, and occasionally work evenings and weekends based on client needs.</li><li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to fair housing and non-discrimination regulations; bilingual skills are a plus.</li></ul>
