Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Data-Driven Insights: Apply a data-driven approach by breaking down and analyzing key metrics such as traffic,conversion, and GMV. Generate actionable operational insights and provide practical recommendations to optimizecreator operation strategies. Responsibilities

Requirements
2+ years in a retail, e-commerce, or social commerce environment.
Working knowledge of TikTok (as a user or creator) and familiarity with live shopping trends.
Proficiency with Airtable or similar data management tools.
