Requirements 4 CRNAs needed for full time coverage 90 days with most likely to extend. May be asked to cross credential for all other locations based on skill set. Must be flexible to location for coverage as needed. 60 mile radius rule.

Include MUSC Submission checklist in presentation. see attachments . would like candidates who are able to work as sole CRNA. shifts can be either 5/8's and 4/ 10's must be flexible to shifts needed to support scheduling full time. Must be able to provide 3-4wks per month, no exceptions. Please submit candidates who meet the scheduling requirements as listed Active SC license New rates for submission of candidates greater than 3.17.25

$315/hr plus expenses, max $150 per night for housing based on shifts worked OR $330/hr ALL Inclusive no additional expenses reimbursed Flat $250 orientation rate to cover hospital modules/epic training. prefer no flights, if long term would consider 1 r/t flight per quarter any exceptions need to be approved before confirming
