Required Skills

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology (BE or BC)
  • Valid Pennsylvania Medical License
  • DEA Certification
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant clinical experience
  • Strong procedural skills and patient management abilities
  • Proficiency with the EPIC EMR system
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with advanced procedures like ERCP or EUS (not required)
  • Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Completed fellowship in Gastroenterology
  • Prior hospital-based practice experience
  • Knowledge of hospital protocols and multi-disciplinary collaboration
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to support staffing for 1 week per month including weekends
  • Availability for 7-day blocks, 24-hour call coverage
