About the position Fabletics is currently looking for a Manager, Marketplaces and International Ecommerce How Do You Fit In? As the Manager, Marketplaces and International Ecommerce, you will drive digital performance across our international partner network while leading U.S. marketplace execution for Nordstrom Marketplace, AAFES, and TikTok Shop. This role combines hands-on marketplace management with international digital enablement and performance oversight. You will partner with Brand, Creative, and E-Commerce teams to document and operationalize global DTC UX/UI and SEO standards, ensuring consistent execution across international markets. You will also translate U.S. marketplace execution learnings into clear guidance that elevates digital and marketplace performance globally. Responsibilities • Own end-to-end management of Nordstrom Marketplace, AAFES, and TikTok Shop, including assortment planning, product setup, content optimization, SEO (titles, attributes, taxonomy), promotional execution, and pricing alignment. • Develop seasonal and monthly marketplace action plans aligned with broader merchandising and marketing calendars. • Monitor revenue, margin, conversion, sell-through, and inventory productivity; proactively identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions. • Partner with Planning and Operations teams to ensure inventory readiness, replenishment alignment, and operational accuracy across marketplaces. • Oversee product feed health via Cymbio or similar platforms, ensuring accurate attribute mapping, pricing integrity, inventory synchronization, and timely issue resolution. • Identify and resolve listing suppressions, content gaps, taxonomy misalignments, and data inconsistencies impacting performance. • Partner cross-functionally to document and operationalize global DTC UX/UI and SEO standards, ensuring clarity and consistent execution across international partner sites. • Translate internal digital and marketplace best practices into structured implementation toolkits and practical guidance for international partners. • Conduct recurring audits of international partner sites, evaluating UX, on-site SEO, merchandising hierarchy, promotional execution, and inventory presentation. • Provide clear, prioritized recommendations to improve discoverability, conversion rate, content quality, and overall digital performance. • Benchmark international partner performance against U.S. standards and identify opportunities to elevate execution consistency. • Develop and maintain marketplace playbooks based on U.S. execution learnings to support international operators managing regional marketplaces. • Contribute marketplace and partner performance insights to business reviews, reporting materials, and cross-functional planning discussions. Requirements • 4–7 years of e-commerce experience, including hands-on marketplace management. • Direct experience managing retail marketplaces (e.g., Nordstrom Marketplace, AAFES, or similar platforms). • Strong understanding of DTC site operations, UX/UI best practices, digital merchandising, and on-site SEO fundamentals. • Working knowledge of product feed structures, attribute mapping, taxonomy alignment, and marketplace data requirements. • Familiarity with feed management platforms such as Cymbio, GoDataFeed, Feedonomics, or similar tools, with the ability to monitor feed accuracy and troubleshoot data issues. • Experience monitoring sales performance, inventory health, and operational metrics within digital channels. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into clear optimization actions. • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail or consumer environment. • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and influence internal and external partners. Nice-to-haves • Experience in apparel, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands. • Exposure to international or distributor-led market models. • Familiarity with DTC platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Magento.
