Hiring: MES Syncade Automation Engineer

Location: North Carolina

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

We are currently looking for an experienced MES Syncade Automation Engineer to support pharmaceutical manufacturing and automation projects within a GMP-regulated environment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Emerson Syncade MES and a solid understanding of manufacturing systems, automation workflows, and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support MES Syncade configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting activities
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and automation teams to support production operations
• Develop and maintain workflows, electronic batch records, and system integration activities
• Support system enhancements, validation documentation, and compliance activities
• Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing and MES-related issues in a GMP environment

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Emerson Syncade MES
• Experience working in Pharmaceutical or Biotech manufacturing environments
• Good understanding of GMP regulations and validation documentation
• Experience with MES integration and manufacturing process automation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DeltaV integration
• Knowledge of CSA/CSV documentation
• Previous experience supporting batch manufacturing operations
