Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are organized.
  • Utilize computer software for data entry and record keeping, including QuickBooks.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as typing correspondence and managing office supplies.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide information about services offered.
  • Support dental reception duties as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the office.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy is essential, including familiarity with office software applications.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a dental office setting is advantageous but not required.
