Aspire Health is seeking a PA/NP with experience in weight management to join our growing telemedicine team!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Weight Management Experience (Required)
• Hormone Replacement Therapy (Required)
• Peptide Therapy Experience (Preferred)
• Functional Medicine Experience (Welcomed)
• Active multi-state license required - minimum of 5, must have Iowa and/or Nebraska in your licensure portfolio in order to be considered

Position Details:

• 100% Telemedicine

• We are seeking a patient-centered provider who values meaningful relationships and takes pride in spending dedicated time with each patient. Our model is built on continuity, trust, and long-term patient relationships. We are specifically looking for a provider who is committed to being present and engaged during patient interactions. (We are not a high volume churn practice)
• 1099 to Start, with Growth Potential
• Begin as an independent contractor with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our team expands.
