As we continue to grow, we seek a strong operational leader to support our expansion.This is not a typical front desk position.

The ideal candidate takes pride in establishing structure, consistency, and delivering an exceptional patient experience each day.

This role requires leadership, organizational skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage the clinic’s flow, culture, and standards.

You will work directly with the owner and serve as a key leader within the organization.

You are not simply answering phones. You will help lead and stabilize clinic operations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OPERATIONS & LEADERSHIP
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Maintain organization, structure, and efficiency throughout the clinic
  • Help improve systems, communication, and workflow
  • Identify operational issues and proactively solve them
  • Maintain high standards across the office
TEAM & CULTURE
  • Help lead office culture and team accountability
  • Support communication between staff members

PATIENT EXPERIENCE

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Scheduling and patient flow management

  • Assist the owner with operational and administrative priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Medical office experience
  • Insurance billing experience
  • Chiropractic or healthcare office experience
  • Leadership or management experience
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
