OPED Field Evaluator

Evaluate and assess field operations for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation Evaluation and Performance Monitoring (OPIC EPM) contract. Conduct thorough research and analysis on international development projects. Identify key performance indicators and evaluate project performance against established benchmarks. Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including government officials, local partners, and community members. Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing project findings and recommendations. Effectively communicate project progress and results to key stakeholders. Collaborate with team members and provide guidance and support to junior staff. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in the field of international development. Continuously review and improve evaluation methodologies and processes. Ensure compliance with project goals, objectives, and standards. Adapt to changing project needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively to all stakeholders. Travel to project sites and conduct site visits as needed.
