<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>The Oracle Executive Recruiter will lead executive and senior-level talent acquisition efforts focused on Oracle consulting practices. This individual will own and manage full-cycle recruitment for Director, VP, Principal Consultant, and executive-level Oracle professionals across ERP, Cloud, HCM, SCM, EPM, and OCI disciplines. The ideal candidate possesses deep Oracle market expertise, extensive executive search experience, and a proven ability to attract and close high-caliber consulting talent. This role requires strong partnership with business leaders, hiring managers, and practice executives to develop talent strategies that support business growth.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><i><strong>Executive Search & Talent Acquisition</strong></i></p> <ul> <li>Lead executive and senior-level searches for Oracle consulting and leadership positions. </li> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. </li> <li>Recruit Director, VP, Principal Consultant, Practice Leader, and C-Level candidates. </li> </ul> <p><i><strong>Strategic Talent Partnership</strong></i></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Oracle Practice Leaders and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. </li> <li>Develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives. </li> <li>Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices. </li> <li>Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and recruitment expertise. </li> </ul> <p><i><strong>Candidate Relationship Management</strong></i></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with Oracle professionals and industry leaders. </li> <li>Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. </li> <li>Represent Argano's employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates. </li> </ul> <p><i><strong>Sourcing & Networking</strong></i></p> <ul> <li>Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, Oracle communities, and industry networks to identify top talent.</li> <li>Develop strategic talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and executive-level positions. </li> <li>Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building strategies. </li> </ul> <p><i><strong>Team Collaboration & Leadership</strong></i></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with global recruiting teams to share best practices and drive recruitment excellence. </li> <li>Mentor and support recruiters on Oracle-specific sourcing and engagement techniques. </li> <li>Partner with HR, Compensation, and leadership teams on offer strategy and closing efforts. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting & Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track and report recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes. </li> <li>Ensure compliance with employment laws, recruiting standards, and company policies. </li> <li>Leverage ATS and recruitment technologies to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>8–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.</li> <li>Minimum 4+ years recruiting specifically for Oracle-related positions. </li> <li>Demonstrated success recruiting for Oracle ERP, Cloud, HCM, SCM, EPM, and OCI roles. </li> <li>Proven track record of closing executive, senior consulting, and leadership-level talent. </li> <li>Experience recruiting for Oracle consulting partners and professional services organizations. </li> <li>Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies and talent mapping. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Skills & Competencies</strong></p> <p><i><strong>Oracle Industry Expertise</strong></i></p> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of Oracle applications, cloud solutions, licensing, modules, and implementation services. </li> <li>Knowledge of Oracle consulting ecosystems and partner networks. </li> </ul> <p><i><strong>Recruitment Excellence</strong></i></p> <ul> <li>Expertise in executive search, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition strategy. </li> <li>Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence platforms. </li> <li>Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo, or similar systems. </li> </ul> <p><i><strong>Communication & Influence</strong></i></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. </li> <li>Ability to build credibility with executives, hiring leaders, and candidates. </li> <li>Strong negotiation and closing capabilities. </li> </ul> <p><i><strong>Analytical & Organizational Skills</strong></i></p> <ul> <li>Ability to analyze recruiting data and market trends. </li> <li>Strong project management and prioritization skills. </li> <li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality hiring outcomes. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Consulting or professional services recruiting background. </li> <li>Experience hiring Oracle consultants across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and Cloud practices. </li> <li>Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
