Key Responsibilities
Monitor live chat rooms, forums, and messaging platforms to ensure conversations remain respectful and compliant with community standards
Review and moderate user-generated content, including messages, comments, and posts

Respond to basic user inquiries via chat when required, using pre-approved guidelines
