Location: Venice Beach, CA (In-Store)
Schedule: Part-Time | Thursday–Sunday | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $18/hr + commission (avg $22–25/hr)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:
This is not traditional retail.
We are hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate for a boutique lifestyle and well-being store in Venice Beach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, retail sales, visual merchandising, and creating a meaningful in-store experience.
You will support customers, maintain the store environment, and work independently during shifts while contributing to sales, organization, and overall flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and retail sales support
Greet and assist customers in a warm, natural, and engaging way
Help customers choose jewelry, clothing, and lifestyle products
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment
Restock inventory and support visual merchandising and displays
Assist with content creation (photos, videos for social media)
Works well independently
Qualifications:
Retail sales, boutique retail, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Interest in fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, or wellness products
Experience with social media or content creation is a plus
