The team originates solutions that help individuals and organizations achieve their English language learning and assessment goals through digital and workplace-focused offers. We work across product, marketing, sales, operations and customer service to grow commercial performance, improve customer experience and maximize impact. Role purposeThe Performance Manager plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the Proposition’s product and commercial portfolio. Reporting to the Commercial Director, Workplace and Online, the role works closely with the whole Proposition team, the Data and Evidence team, marketing, sales, operations and customer service to deliver actionable insights that improve financial and product performance, support commercial growth, and strengthen decision making.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analysis, commercial thinking and stakeholder engagement to influence strategy and business outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Role AccountabilitiesLeadership & Management<ul style="margin-bottom: 0.0cm;
