As a Senior Director of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for the following:
Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, social, and paid channels — ensuring consistency, performance, and brand alignment across a multi-market organization
Building and managing multi-agency and internal team ecosystems, establishing shared frameworks, campaign briefs, KPIs, and standardized reporting structures that connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes
Overseeing brand positioning and narrative strategy, ensuring each channel and market is positioned to drive awareness, engagement, and demand
Developing and managing scalable content strategy and editorial systems
Partnering cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to align marketing strategy with broader organizational goals
Mentoring and developing internal marketing team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
Senior Director of Performance Marketing Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading brand, digital, and content strategy at scale
Experience managing multi-agency environments and distributed marketing teams across multiple markets
Strong command of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and performance measurement frameworks
Proven ability to tie marketing performance to business outcomes including revenue and growth metrics
Exceptional communicator and collaborator with experience presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders
