Pre-Litigation Case Management Assistant

<p>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive <strong>Pre-Litigation Case Management Assistant</strong> to support our legal teams handling cases from client sign-up through demand preparation. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, detail-oriented, and experienced in client communication, case coordination, and legal administrative support.</p><hr><h5>Responsibilities:</h5><ul><li><p>Conduct client check-in calls and provide case status updates, with a strong focus on Spanish-speaking clients.</p></li><li><p>Request, track, and follow up on medical records and billing documentation.</p></li><li><p>Verify insurance information and assist with property damage coordination.</p></li><li><p>Schedule medical treatment appointments and confirm client attendance.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate Filevine data entry, case notes, and document organization.</p></li><li><p>Collect sign-up documents and follow up with newly retained clients to ensure complete case intake.</p></li><li><p>Support pre-litigation teams with administrative and case management tasks.</p></li><li><p>Maintain professional, compassionate, and timely communication with clients and external parties.</p></li></ul><hr><h5>Requirements</h5><ul><li><p>Fluent Spanish and English communication skills required.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Filevine or similar case management software preferred.</p></li><li><p>Excellent client communication and customer service skills.</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</p></li><li><p>Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information.</p></li><li><p>Experience in personal injury or legal case management preferred.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with pre-litigation processes in personal injury law.</p></li><li><p>Experience coordinating medical records, insurance claims, and client intake.</p></li></ul>
