Required:
- 3–5+ years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
- Working knowledge of LIHTC (Section 42) compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of rent limits, income certifications, and recertifications.
- Experience managing rent collection and property-level financials.
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi, or similar).
Preferred:
- Experience managing LIHTC properties in Washington, DC.
- Professional certifications such as HCCP, COS, or equivalent.
- Experience with mixed-income or layered subsidy properties.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep attention to compliance detail.
- Ability to balance regulatory requirements with resident service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
For Washington DC this ranges from $69,760.00 - $95,920.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
