QA Tester - Salesforce/Java

<p>This is a remote position.</p> <h3>Job Summary<br></h3> <p>We are seeking a QA Tester with experience in functional testing, Selenium automation, Salesforce testing, and Java-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating application functionality, identifying defects, and working closely with development and business teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.<br></p> <h3>Responsibilities<br></h3> <ul> <li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.<br></li> <li>Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.<br></li> <li>Test Salesforce applications and related integrations.<br></li> <li>Validate Java-based application enhancements and bug fixes.<br></li> <li>Develop and maintain Selenium automation test scripts.<br></li> <li>Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.<br></li> <li>Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.<br></li> <li>Participate in requirements reviews, sprint planning, and release testing activities.<br></li> <li>Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation.<br></li> </ul> <h3>Required Skills<br></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of QA testing experience.<br></li> <li>Hands-on experience with Selenium automation testing.<br></li> <li>Experience testing Salesforce applications.<br></li> <li>Understanding of Java applications and testing concepts.<br></li> <li>Experience with functional, regression, and integration testing.<br></li> <li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.<br></li> <li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.<br></li> </ul> <br> <br>
