Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Qlik Replicate Developer
to design, implement, and support real-time data replication and ingestion solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Qlik Replicate (formerly Attunity Replicate) and experience working with enterprise data platforms, enabling high-performance data movement across heterogeneous environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data replication pipelines using
Qlik Replicate
- Implement real-time and batch data integration solutions across multiple data sources and targets
- Configure and manage Change Data Capture (CDC) processes
- Optimize replication performance, latency, and reliability
- Monitor replication tasks, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data inconsistencies
- Work with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, DBAs, and Business Analysts
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all replication processes
- Document architecture, workflows, and operational procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 9-12 years of experience in
data integration / data engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with
Qlik Replicate (Attunity Replicate)
- Expertise in
Change Data Capture (CDC)
and real-time data streaming
- Experience with databases such as
Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like
AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts
- Experience troubleshooting performance and data replication issues
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with
Qlik Compose
or other data warehouse automation tools
- Exposure to
data lakes
(S3, ADLS, etc.)
- Familiarity with
Kafka or other streaming platforms
- Prior experience in
Banking / Financial Services / Healthcare
domains
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
