Reading Specialist – Learn-to-Read Program & Parent Resources

We are looking for a qualified reading specialist with a strong, up-to-date foundation in the science of reading to support two key areas of our work:

Learn-to-Read Program – Reviewing and refining our instructional materials to ensure they align with evidence-based, structured literacy practices.

Parent Guide Articles – Writing and editing accessible content that answers common parent questions about how children learn to read, grounded in current reading research.

You're a great fit if you:

1. Hold a degree or certification in reading, literacy, or a related field

2. Are well-versed in the science of reading, including phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension

3. Have experience developing or reviewing instructional reading materials

4. Stay current with literacy research and best practices

This is NOT the right role if you are a general content writer or editor without a specialized background in reading and literacy instruction.
