If you want to work deeply on hard problems, see your work ship to production quickly, and influence how AI safety is actually built – you’re the one we need.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h1><strong>You will:</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source and engage exceptional talent across the US and European markets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build pipelines for highly technical roles, including AI/ML Engineers, Research Engineers and Product Engineers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs, AI safety, infrastructure, and emerging technologies to effectively assess candidates and communicate opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for technical capability, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track recruiting performance and continuously improve hiring processes, tooling, and workflows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h1><strong>You’ll fit right in if you:</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth technology companies or startups</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have experience hiring across the US and European markets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have a strong track record of closing technical and engineering roles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Understand the fundamentals of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and modern AI systems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Can confidently discuss concepts such as LLMs, AI safety, model training, inference, evaluation, agent systems, and machine learning workflows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are highly proactive and resourceful when sourcing difficult-to-find talent</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Know how to build relationships with passive candidates and manage complex hiring processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Speak and write fluent English (C1+)</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>A big plus:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience recruiting AI Engineers, Research Engineers, Applied Scientists, or AI Researchers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience hiring for AI startups, research organisations, or developer-focused companies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, recruiting automation, and AI-powered recruiting workflows</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h1><strong>Why White Circle</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Salary of $40,000 to $60,000 + equity</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Paid time off in line with your local regulations, no matter where you work from</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">All the hardware, tools, and services you need</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Covered subscriptions for AI agents</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Team off-sites twice a year — we've recently been to the Alps and Saint-Tropez.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h1><strong>How we hire</strong></h1><ol style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Introductory call with Head of HR (25 min)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take-home test</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Final conversation with our CEO & Head of Ops (45 min)</p></li></ol><p style="min-height:1.5em">Please submit your application in English - it’s our company language so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join</p>
