North Carolina Remote Position

ABA Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, source, and engage qualified RBT and BT candidates throughout multiple states.
  • Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ABA providers.
  • Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals and support client staffing needs.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

Required

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing a high-volume recruiting pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred

Direct ABA recruiting experience is strongly preferred , with a proven track record of recruiting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and other ABA professionals.

Former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or hands-on ABA field experience strongly preferred. We value candidates who understand the demands of the role because they've worked in the field themselves.

  • In-depth knowledge of ABA terminology, credentialing, and licensure requirements, including RBT, BCaBA, and BCBA certifications.
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare or behavioral health environment.
