This is a <b>remote based role</b> in North America that will support the risk review process in our Transformer business unit in North America.<br/><br/>Responsibilities:<br/><ul><li>Implement and oversee risk management processes within the HUB to effectively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and ensure alignment with BU and Hitachi Energy standards and best practices</li><li>Attend risk review meetings to evaluate risks and contribute mitigation insights.</li><li>Approve bids ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and aligned with standards.</li><li>Monitor risks during project execution to ensure mitigation measures are implemented.</li><li>Support ERM process and integrate ERM with Business RM</li><li>Provide training and guidance on risk and contract management to teams.</li><li>Ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulations.</li><li>Prepare and distribute risk review summaries to stakeholders.</li><li>Support continuous improvement in risk management processes and practices.</li></ul><br/><br/>Basic Requirements:<br/><ul><li>Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Legal or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk, project, finance or operational management within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Business knowledge, divided into: i) Technical, to review the level of knowledge of the Business, i.e. Product and/or Service, and ii) Execution, to assess the "holistic view capacity" of Risk manager when it comes to real life execution.</li><li>Sponsorship not provided.</li></ul><br/><br/></div>
