Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Provide outpatient nutrition counseling and support preventative health initiatives</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Deliver nutrition education through wellness programs, teaching kitchen demonstrations, and group sessions</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Partner closely with culinary and operations teams to: </li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Present nutrition information</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Support menu understanding and transparency</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Enhance the overall guest and patient experience</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Assist with maintaining and updating nutrition-related policies, procedures, and best practices</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with all applicable care</li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Education & Credentials</strong></p><ol><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field, excluding candidates credentialed before the graduate degree requirement</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field from an accredited program</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Completion of an ACEND-accredited Dietetic Internship or Coordinated Program</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential (CDR)</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>State licensure/certification, if required</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience & Skills</strong></p><ol><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or other healthcare settings preferred</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Strong understanding of nutrition regulations and compliance standards</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Passion for preventative care, wellness, and public health</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Excellent communication skills, including comfort presenting to groups</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Ability to collaborate closely with culinary teams in a hands-on environment</li><li class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui"></span>Proficiency with
