Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and out patient nutrition counseling including those related to weight management, weight loss, eating disorder and other MNT onditions.
• Provide expert guidance on health coaching strategies to motivate and educate patients on lifestyle modifications and nutrition goals.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently to document assessments, care plans, progress notes, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

Valid Registered Dietitian (RD) credential with active licensure or certification in relevant regions.

Proven experience in hospital, community, and outpatient settings.

Demonstrated expertise in health coaching, weight loss programs, and patient assessment techniques.

Familiarity with EMR systems used for documentation and patient management.

Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability.
