High Volume, High Intent Opportunities
No cold calling grind. Our Sales and Service teams are actively setting life appointments daily—from both new business and existing customers. This role is built for someone who can handle VOLUME in a fast paced environment, and CLOSE CONSISTENTLY!

Serious Earning Potential

- Base salary ($42K-$50K based on experience) + 100% of life commissions earned by the agency
- High volume of pre-set appointments = uncapped upside

What We’re Looking For: Not Just a Producer—A Builder

Required:
- Active Life Insurance License (Allstate life experience preferred)
- Two+ years of PROVEN ability to close and perform in a sales environment

Responsibilities
- Close life insurance opportunities from pre-set appointments (new & existing customers)
- Manage and optimize a high-volume sales pipeline
- Work cross-functionally with Sales & Service teams to maximize life conversions
- Educate and advise clients on life and financial protection strategies
- Help build, refine, and scale our in-house financial services process
- Maintain a high level of accountability, activity, and production

- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
