Remote Controller, SEC-Registered Investment Management Firm

Direct-hire, fully remote Controller role with an SEC-registered investment management firm specializing in long-term value investing. The Controller oversees all accounting, financial reporting, operational, and administrative functions, including general ledger maintenance, fund reconciliations, daily trading activity monitoring, and SEC regulatory filings such as Form ADV, Form PF, and Form 13F. Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 5 plus years of accounting experience in investment management, asset management, wealth management, family office, or hedge fund environments. Advanced Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks experience required.
