Key Responsibilities Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis, value stream mapping, and other diagnostic tools. Develop project plans, define project scope, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for improvement initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving sessions and Kaizen events. Train and mentor employees at various levels on Lean and Six Sigma principles and tools. Analyze process data to identify root causes of problems and develop effective, data-driven solutions. Document best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project outcomes. Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations. Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Track and measure the financial and operational impact of implemented improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in a manufacturing or operational environment. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required. Proven track record of successfully leading and completing improvement projects that deliver measurable results. Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills, with proficiency in tools like Minitab or JMP. Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams remotely. Proficiency in project management and change management principles. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fully remote work setting. Experience with process simulation software is a plus.
