Contract Details Rate: $35 per hour, adjusted based on how well you perform and the value you bring to the team. Contract Type: Flexible freelance work with zero long-term commitments or required minimum time. Role Responsibilities Engage with customers via live chat, resolving issues and helping them navigate purchases with ease. Keep response times swift and information accurate across all communication channels to boost customer satisfaction. Skills and Requirements A dependable computer and proven experience using chat platforms and social media tools. Independent worker who can stay productive and on-task without micromanagement in a remote setting. Sharp eye for detail with a strong track record of following company guidelines. Must be available at least 5 hours each week to contribute meaningfully. Fast, dependable internet connection at your work location. Working Hours Design your own schedule with flexibility to work anywhere from 5 to 40 hours weekly.
