Company: A-Line Staffing Solutions Job Title: Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Job Type: W2 Contract (Contract-to-Hire) Location: 100% Remote (anywhere in the U.S.) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week — CST 11:00 AM–7:30 PM (must be able to work this shift) Pay: $21.67/hour Start Date (target): August 17, 2026 Job Summary A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Remote PBM Prior Authorization Pharmacy Tech to support prior authorization (PA) workflows, payment denial research, and documentation. You’ll serve as a key point of contact working with pharmacists, facilities, physicians, and health plans to move authorizations forward with strong attention to detail. What You’ll Do Manage prior authorization requests and therapeutic interchange communications Call health plans to determine reasons for payment denials and document findings Coordinate with facilities/providers and update PA status with clinical justification documentation Complete PA forms accurately and efficiently Work within eMAR systems and support authorization completion end-to-end Qualifications PBM experience preferred Pharmacy Technician license (active) in your state of residence (required) Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred Rx prior authorization experience preferred Strong documentation, attention to detail, and phone communication skills Comfortable in a high-production, process-driven environment Benefits Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days 401(k) with company match after 1 year of service How to Apply Apply through our website, and a recruiter from A-Line Staffing Solutions will contact qualified candidates promptly.
