This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the effectiveness of global marketing campaigns by streamlining operations, aligning teams, and ensuring seamless coordination between various marketing strategies. By focusing on key performance indicators and actionable insights, the Senior Performance Marketing Manager will be pivotal in driving performance and reporting on campaign executions. This position also involves creating resources that elevate marketing performance across the organization, working in close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure campaigns are effectively deployed.
Accountabilities
Serve as the operational bridge between content and digital strategy teams.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive efficiency across marketing teams.
Work with corporate marketing to deploy wide programs and pilots.
Develop support tools to ensure effective campaign execution.
Build and monitor campaign dashboards to track performance.
Analyze and present performance reports across multiple channels.
Manage a centralized asset library for marketing collateral.
Develop toolkits and playbooks to enhance marketing capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
10 years of marketing experience, with 3–5 years in marketing operations.
Experience in B2B healthcare or related fields preferred.
Strong understanding of campaign workflows and marketing technologies.
Proven ability to manage global campaigns with complex dependencies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Eloqua or Adobe Analytics.
