Position Title: Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist
Compensation: Estimated Take Home: $75,000 - $115,000. $2250/mo base salary, plus significant performance-based, uncapped commission
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 6pm
Friday: 9am - 5pm
***Saturdays: Optional but a quick ~9am-12pm shift is highly recommended
Reports To: CEO/COO
Region/Area: Remote, must be US-based

What You'll Do:
Respond to and manage all inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and closing opportunities.
Build rapport with potential sellers, understand their needs, and negotiate win-win solutions.
Use CRM software daily to manage your pipeline and track all sales activities.
Close contracts in a timely manner.
Attend meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
What We're Looking For:

Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Docs, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
