The Replenishment Associate – FLEX is a dynamic and permanent role, stepping in to support for interim coverage of a replenishment business by managing the department’s replenishment assortment, receipt flow and inventory while supporting the departments financial goals. Flex roles will be a recommended entry into RP and will create an optimal transition as defined AOR positions become available shortening the learning curve by placing pre-trained individuals into existing roles. The RPA collaborates with business partners to achieve financial objectives, maintain in stock targets and running efficient inventory. As a member of the team, the RPA shares accountability to meet and exceed departmental sales volume and supporting merch margin. A day in the life… Collaborate with Demand Forecaster and Merchant partners to create accurate inventory and receipt plans that align with customer demand, merchandise strategy, and financial goals. Drive pre-season planning by providing data-driven recommendations, scenario planning, and actionable strategies. Own and manage replenishment item performance; Maintain accurate item-level plans and communicate risks, opportunities, and insights to stakeholders. Proactively identify and address gaps in assortment and inventory health, recommending opportunities. Lead open-to-buy management through data-driven decisions by sharing receipt spend and flow with stakeholders to ensure financial alignment. Partner with suppliers to understand capabilities, trends, and opportunities, and build strong vendor relationships. Participate in key merchandise meetings (e.g., strategy reviews, style outs) to share Replenishments insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Experience with replenishment planning.
2+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning, inventory management, or related field.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on outcomes and solutions.
A customer-first mindset and a strong understanding of the retail environment.
Ability to proactively and effectively communicate with cross-functional and external partners.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills required.
Nice-to-haves
Oracle merchandising foundation experience and/or IDIP and IDRP experience preferred, not required.
