Revenue Operations at UiPath partners closely with sales leadership to execute against our revenue targets, deliver meaningful insights to inform critical decision-making, and collaborates with cross functional teams to identify and implement strategies, programs, and processes to generate consistent and scalable growth.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h1><strong>What you'll do at UiPath</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities and present actionable insights to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design, document, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize revenue and elevate our go-to-market execution teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to global process and workflow improvement projects that promote efficiencies within our revenue processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Participate in annual planning activities including territory mapping, quota assignment and headcount / organizational management</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive operational excellence and rigor across forecasting and other critical GTM processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work in key sales process applications including but not limited to SFDC, Tableau, and Clari</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop executive level presentations that analyze business and sales activities and achievements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide ongoing analysis and development of scalable and controlled business processes & playbooks</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Commercial Desk, Sales Technologies, and Finance</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h1><strong>What you'll bring to the team</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of relevant experience in consulting or revenue/sales operations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong working experience with Salesforce</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong project management, planning, and organization skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">#LI-KS6</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
