Position Summary The Sales Director is responsible for delivering incremental, profitable sales growth across the assigned Southeast geography by expanding new business, increasing penetration within existing accounts, and shifting competitor share to SKF. This leader drives a disciplined growth operating system across the region—setting clear targets, building pipeline and conversion rigor, and ensuring field execution through distributors and direct customer engagement. The position partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize the right market segments, opportunities, and initiatives within the industrial aftermarket sales organization. Experience: Proven sales leadership with incremental growth and competitive share gain. Technical Skills: CRM, Microsoft Office.
