Through our highly sensitive and scalable protein biomarker technologies and services, we empower customers to unlock complex biological questions with confidence.</p><p></p><div></div><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Own and drive territory strategy across Norway, with clear focus on revenue growth, pipeline development, and strategic account expansion</li><li>Represent and sell the <b>full Olink proteomics portfolio</b> (products and services), aligning solutions to diverse customer needs</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in academia (e.g., PIs, clinicians) and industry (pharma, biotech, CROs)</li><li>Leverage an existing network and continuously expand relationships within the Norwegian scientific and biopharma ecosystem</li><li>Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, managing <b>complex and consultative sales cycles</b> involving multiple stakeholders</li><li>Lead and manage <b>public procurement processes and tenders</b> in Norway, ensuring high-quality and compliant submissions</li><li>Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers, including large pharma and high-potential biotech accounts</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, scientific support, operations, and global account teams to ensure seamless execution</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting using CRM tools</li><li>Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific and Olink at conferences, customer meetings, and scientific events</li></ul><div></div><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Proven success in <b>life science sales</b>, ideally within proteomics, genomics, or advanced research technologies</li><li>Strong understanding of the <b>Norwegian scientific landscape</b>, including academia, healthcare, and biopharma sectors</li><li>Established <b>network within the Norwegian research and/or biotech community</b></li><li>Experience managing <b>complex sales processes and high-value deals</b>, including multi-stakeholder environments</li><li>Experience handling <b>tenders and public procurement processes in Norway</b></li><li>Ability to translate scientific value into clear commercial impact</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills</li><li>Self-driven and comfortable working in a high-growth, target-oriented environment</li><li>Willingness to travel across Norway (~50%)</li><li>Fluent in English and Norwegian</li></ul><div></div><p></p><p><b>Why Join Us?</b></p><p></p><p>At Thermo Fisher Scientific, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven organization committed to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
