Qualified candidates will be contacted as relevant projects become available.</em></strong><br><br><strong>About the Role</strong><br>We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Administrator to support ERP transformation initiatives through system configuration, maintenance, and optimization. This role plays a key part in ensuring redesigned business processes are accurately implemented within the SAP environment, while supporting upgrades, testing, and ongoing system performance. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to align system functionality with operational needs.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Configure SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning) to support business processes</p></li><li><p>Perform SAP Basis administration tasks, including user management, role assignments, transport management, and system monitoring</p></li><li><p>Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing for configuration changes</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve SAP application issues, coordinating with SAP support as needed</p></li><li><p>Support S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrade initiatives</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards using SAP tools (e.g., Analytics Cloud, Fiori, ABAP)</p></li><li><p>Manage transport landscape and release management processes</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with business process owners to translate requirements into SAP configurations</p></li><li><p>Maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, authorization matrices, and change logs</p></li><li><p>Support training teams with SAP functional expertise and documentation</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of SAP administration experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA)</p></li><li><p>SAP certification in at least one functional module (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM)</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or upgrades</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of SAP Basis administration (user management, transports, system monitoring)</p></li><li><p>Experience with SAP reporting and analytics (ALV, Query, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Fiori)</p></li><li><p>Understanding of enterprise business processes (finance, procurement, sales, manufacturing)</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and documentation skills</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field</p></li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong> This role supports upcoming client engagements.
