We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.</div>What You’ll Do As Senior Associate, Innovation you will play a key role in increasing safe days at home for children with special healthcare needs. You will help identify, prioritize, and scale our clinical programs and service lines that aim to reduce unnecessary utilization by translating complex population health data into opportunities with clear business cases, leading pilots of new initiatives and programs, and supporting revenue forecasts. We are looking for a self-starter and fast learner who is effective in partnering with clinical, operational, and technological stakeholders to ensure success of initiatives. In this role, the ability to earn trust and incorporate diverse perspectives is paramount. You enjoy bringing process and data backed decision making to ambiguity – this role will require moving work forward in a high growth environment. Specifically, you will: <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the Director, Revenue & Innovation in identifying, prioritizing, and sizing new opportunities to reduce total cost of care (TCOC)</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Analyze population health and clinical program performance data</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support revenue growth by building and maintaining models that quantify savings opportunities across attributed patient populations and contracts, and collaborate with Finance to tie revenue forecasts to service lines and clinical programs</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead end-to-end pilot execution for new clinical programs and initiatives, including evaluating the opportunity ROI and strategic fit, designing pilots, driving cross functional alignment, tracking performance, synthesizing results, and recommending scale or stop decisions</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain program-level SKU tracker, including ROI, savings forecasts, engagement metrics, and reach to support investment decisions and reporting</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate clinical and operational data into clear business cases and executive-ready presentations that provide visibility into program level impact and opportunities</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain a tracker of active pilots and innovation initiatives</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Incorporate feedback from care teams, patients, caregivers, and payer partners to refine program design and improve financial and clinical outcomes</li> </ul> What You Bring & How You Qualify First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve. <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2-4+ years of experience in a strategic analytical role, preferably in consulting, investment banking, finance, a high growth start-up or operations at a value based care organization</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or healthcare related field required</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills; ability to build and maintain complex models in Excel and translate outputs into clear narratives</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in healthcare and familiarity with value-based care and population health management highly preferred</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from scoping through execution and reporting</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, technical, and operational teams to drive alignment and deliver results</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including defining and tracking KPIs to measure impact</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exceptional critical thinker, communicator, and problem solver with strong interpersonal and organizational skills</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization or BI tools a plus</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and able to manage ambiguity with a solutions-oriented mindset</li> </ul> What We Offer (Benefits + Perks) The role offers a base salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
