<p>About the Role</p>
<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Blockchain Engineer</strong> to help build next-generation blockchain infrastructure within the Solana ecosystem. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Solana programs in Rust while contributing to large-scale DeFi and cross-chain solutions.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>Design and develop Solana programs using Rust with Anchor or native frameworks.</p>
<p>Scale and maintain existing blockchain infrastructure, with a focus on Token-2022 and advanced token standards.</p>
<p>Optimize program performance, including compute units, account sizing, and transaction packing.</p>
<p>Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design reviews.</p>
<p>Build comprehensive testing frameworks, including fuzz testing, and prepare systems for external security audits.</p>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<p>Required Qualifications</p>
<p>5+ years of professional software engineering experience.</p>
<p>At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing production-grade applications in Rust.</p>
<p>Proven experience deploying and maintaining Solana programs in production environments.</p>
<p>Deep understanding of Solana's account model, rent mechanics, transaction limits, versioned transactions, and address lookup tables.</p>
<p>Experience working with SPL Token Program, Token-2022, and Associated Token Accounts.</p>
<p>Strong knowledge of the Solana DeFi ecosystem.</p>
<p>Experience integrating or working with cross-chain protocols such as Wormhole, LayerZero, Hyperlane, or Chainlink CCIP.</p>
<p>Familiarity with Solidity and EVM-based ecosystems.</p>
<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>
<p>Previous experience working within fast-growing DeFi projects.</p>
<p>Knowledge of blockchain security best practices, smart contract auditing, and vulnerability assessments.</p>
<p>Contributions to open-source projects within the Solana ecosystem.</p>
<p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.</p>
