You’ll be surrounded by an open, collaborative culture that embraces diversity, recognition, professional development and, most importantly, you.<br><br>Are you ready to make your impact?<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>In FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment we focus on our clients’ strategic, operational , financial and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong>Key responsibilities include:<br><br><ul><li>Day-to-day activities of projects including interaction with top restructuring experts in the industry, legal and finance professionals from other firms, and senior client management</li><li>Apply business, accounting, finance, and diagnostic skills to various client situations and practice disciplines</li><li>Prepare complex financial projections and other financial models</li><li>Develop and assess business plans and cash flow forecasts</li><li>Analyze financial information and conduct due diligence associated with restructuring plans</li><li>Prepare presentations and reports for external clients</li><li>Understand all aspects of the client’s business, including review of ongoing operations</li><li>Work with the client’s senior management, legal counsel, and/or other financial advisors to evaluate potential restructuring transactions or alternatives</li><li>Assist with practice development including the creation of pitches and conducting market research<br><br></li></ul><strong>How You’ll Grow<br><br></strong>This is an excellent opportunity for a person with proven, hands-on corporate finance experience who wants to provide analytical services to debtors, creditors and other stakeholders of companies in times of critical need.<br><br><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>What You Will Need to Succeed<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance -</li><li>2+ years post-graduation professional work experience in investment banking, corporate lending, consulting, public accounting, or other professional services environment</li><li>This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Demonstrated ability in the following areas</li><li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills</li><li>Analysis of financial statements</li><li>Preparation of financial models such as three statement models</li><li>Analysis of cash flows and 13-week forecast</li><li>Familiarity with bankruptcy, restructuring processes</li><li>Familiarity with bankruptcy documents (first day motions, restructuring support agreements, plans of reorganization, disclosure statement, etc.) and credit agreements</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Flexible and comfortable working across multiple workstreams and engagements in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment<br><br></li></ul><em><strong>FTI Consulting is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, protected veteran status, religion, physical or mental disability, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, or any other basis protected by law, ordinance, or regulation.<br><br></strong></em><strong>Compensation<br><br></strong>Minimum Pay: $78,500<br><br>Maximum Pay: $163,000<br><br><em><strong>Compensation Disclosure:</strong> The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role. Actual compensation is determined based on a wide array of relevant factors including market considerations, business needs, and an individual’s location, skills, level of experience, and qualifications.</em>
