Senior Java Backend Developer

<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:</p><p> </p><p>•Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Java, including object-oriented programming.</p><p>•Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, or other Java web frameworks.</p><p>•Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM technologies.</p><p>•Web Services: Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.</p><p> </p><p>Roles & Responsibilities:</p><p> </p><p>•Server-Side Development: Writing clean, testable code using Java to build core application</p><p>functionality.</p><p>•API Development: Creating and maintaining RESTful APIs to allow front-end and third-party integrations.</p><p>•Database Management: Designing and implementing database schemas and managing data storage</p><p>using SQL or NoSQL databases.</p><p>•System Architecture: Developing high-volume, low-latency applications that are secure and scalable.</p><p>•Collaboration: Working with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.</p><p>•Testing & Debugging: Conducting software analysis, testing, and debugging, including automated tests</p><p>Generic Managerial Skills, If any</p><p>Provide thought leadership and coaching to junior team members</p><p> </p><p>Pre-Screening Questionnaire:</p><p> </p><p>Experience in Java Back End</p>
