Reporting directly to the Director of Product Growth, you will be the primary driver for our Atlassian Marketplace products, turning customer data and insights into automated, in-product growth motions.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify Growth Opportunities: Use data-driven insights to identify, prioritize, and size growth opportunities across the user lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monetization: Highly experienced at delivering cross-sell and monetization experiences to improve monetization and ARR.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strategic Planning: Develop and own the growth roadmap, align growth goals with company objectives, and collaborate across teams to build alignment on priorities and goals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experimentation: Design, implement, and manage growth experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to validate hypotheses, improve key metrics, and drive impact.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with core product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and design teams to build, launch, and iterate on growth-focused product features and experiments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analytics and Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of growth initiatives, communicating impact and insights to stakeholders and making data-driven decisions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">User Insights: Gather qualitative and quantitative insights from users to identify pain points and opportunities to improve product experiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Product Optimization: Leverage insights and best practices to improve onboarding flows, in-product marketing, and retention mechanics.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience: 8+ years of experience in a growth role, preferably within a tech or SaaS company.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Growth Mindset: Deep understanding of growth metrics and user funnels, with experience in acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experimentation Skills: Proven records of success in designing and executing experiments with a scientific, data-driven approach.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and metrics-driven decision-making.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Data Proficiency: Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker, Launch Darkly, Google Analytics) and comfortable with SQL for customer data analysis.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experiences collaborating across functions and presenting to stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">AI Fluency: You are a "power user" of tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and V0, using them to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and analysis.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">User-Centric Approach: Ability to understand user needs and translate them into impactful product experiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field;
